About The Society of Solo Women Travelers

Growing up in an airline family, travel was a big part of my life from a very early age. My first flight was at 4 months old and I've been passionate about travel ever since. I am a very confident and intrepid traveler but I know that not all women are comfortable with the idea of solo travel. I started The Society of Solo Women Travelers hoping to educate and empower women and to create a safe space where women can find support and where curiosity is encouraged.

As a vacation consultant I am able to put together tours and packages specifically for solo women as a way to travel by yourself but not alone. I strive for small groups of 6 to 10 women led by me personally. For some this will be a starting point on the path to fully solo travel. For others this will be the way they choose to travel solo. There is no right way to travel - only the way YOU feel comfortable.
